One billing system for small businesses, live on the web, the App Store and Google Play
01The Challenge
Understanding the business need
Most small-business bills in Ghana are raised at a shop counter or on a site, not at a desk. Receipt books and spreadsheets make it hard to see who has paid, chase what is outstanding or hand customers a professional document.
02Our Solution
What we built
We built Invoxit as one billing system across a web app and native iOS and Android apps. Owners pick a customer, add items from a saved price list and send a branded A4 PDF invoice in under a minute. Cash, mobile money, bank, cheque, card and Hubtel payments issue numbered receipts automatically, part payments are tracked to the pesewa, and every total is recalculated on the server so the figures always agree.
